Adult ADHD & Autism Evaluations for College Students, and Grad Students Professionals
Get a diagnosis that actually explains what you're experiencing. For college and graduate students and young adults navigating attention, focus, and executive functioning challenges, a comprehensive evaluation brings clarity, and the documentation to back up the support you need in the classroom or at work.
WHY IT MATTERS
Years of “just try harder” isn't a diagnosis.
A lot of students reach college or graduate school without ever being formally evaluated. Their symptoms got explained away as laziness, disorganization, or “just being a slow reader.” An evaluation replaces that guesswork with an accurate diagnosis and a clear picture of how it actually affects you day to day, which is exactly what a disability services office needs to see.
IS THIS YOU?
People usually reach out for one of four reasons.
Things take more effort than they seem to for everyone else
Focus, organization, or follow-through feels like a constant uphill climb, even when you're capable and motivated.
You need documentation for accommodations
Your school or employer requires a current evaluation before they'll approve academic or workplace support.
You suspect ADHD or autism but have never been evaluated
Plenty of clients arrive with a strong hunch and no prior diagnosis. The evaluation is where that gets answered.
You have an old diagnosis that needs updating
A new school or employer often requires more recent documentation than what you had years ago.

How is this different from an online screening quiz?
A screening quiz can suggest you might have ADHD or autism. It can't produce the clinical evaluation and documentation that schools and employers rely on.
Do I need a childhood diagnosis for this to count?
No. Many adults are diagnosed for the first time in college, graduate school, or their professional life.
Can one evaluation cover both ADHD and autism?
Yes. The evaluation is structured to assess for both, since the two frequently overlap.
Can this documentation also support workplace accommodations?
Often, yes. Let me know if you'll need it for both a school and an employer so the report is written with that in mind.
Isn't my doctor's letter enough?
Usually not on its own. Schools and employers generally want documentation of how your condition affects you functionally, not just a diagnosis noted in a letter.
Is this covered by insurance?
Evaluations are self-pay. Some clients are eligible for out-of-network reimbursement, and I can provide a superbill to support that.
Is the evaluation virtual?
Yes. Evaluations are held virtually for residents of New York and Florida.
